"Molino Zappalà Fidelity Card":


USE OF THE FIDELITY CARD The Fidelity Card is a personal and free loyalty card. To take advantage of the benefits associated with the Fidelity Card, in relation to purchases made in the store it will be necessary to show the same before the receipt of the purchased products is issued.


VALIDITY AND REVOCATION OF THE LOYALTY AND FIDELITY CARD PROGRAM
The loyalty program, as well as the related Fidelity Card, does not expire, but Molino Zappalà snc reserves the right to revoke them at any time and without notice. The withdrawal of the Fidelity Card entails the cancellation of the card and the cancellation of any benefits accumulated and not used.


LOSS, DAMAGE, THEFT, DYSFUNCTION, COUNTERFEIT OR MANIPULATION OF THE FIDELITY CARD
In case of loss, damage, theft or malfunction of the Fidelity Card, the relevant holder is required to promptly notify Molino Zappalà snc who, after verifying the owner's identification data, undertakes to cancel and replace the old Fidelity Card with a new one and to credit the latter, in the necessary technical times, with all the benefits eventually accumulated and not used.


RETURN OF THE FIDELITY CARD
The Fidelity Card holder can, at any time, return his card to Molino Zappalà snc. The return involves the renunciation of any benefit accumulated and not used.


REGULATION CHANGES
In the event of changes made to the conditions of the loyalty program, the new regulation will be promptly made available at our office and published on the website www.molinozappala.com. Therefore, interested customers are invited to visit our site continuously, to be updated on any changes and promotions in progress.


ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATION
The subscription of the application form to the program, as well as the participation in the latter, implies full and unconditional acceptance of all the clauses contained in this regulation.


ADVANTAGES The customer in possession of the "Molino Zappalà Fidelity Card" will have the following rights:

2. "Happy Birthday" program: On the day of your birthday (and up to seven days thereafter) you can take advantage of a 15% discount

3. Participate in additional Discounts and Promo during the year

4. To be promptly updated on News, Initiatives and Promotions

 Make a purchase and ask for the "Molino Zappalà Fidelity Card" immediately taking advantage of the 5% Discount on the purchase. The discounts listed in point 1 and point 2 cannot be combined with each other, with additional discounts or with other promotions that could be made during the year. This Fidelity campaign is valid only for B2C sales or directed to end consumers, and carried out exclusively at our fixed location.
